I had a family member get injured and be unable to shop and cook. These meals helped her get good nutritious food so she can heal. It also helped another family member gain a little confidence in the kitchen to help out more.

There are competitors out there, like Beehive meals and Factor. Both of those would take more time to get there, and were less customizable. Given that she needed the help sooner and the other family member is a picky eater, that wasn’t going to work.

What a crock makes very simple traditional dishes with real food, and has fast pack and ship times. I’ll be using them again when a family member could use a food boost!
