Our meals are shipped to you frozen in insulated containers packaged with enough dry ice to keep everything frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery in normal weather conditions. We understand that you have a life and may not be home when your package arrives.
Due to an increased chance of thawing, we are unable to ship orders that contain only a single portion of a meal or a single grill item.
If you encounter a problem with your delivery, please notify us immediately. In the case of damaged or thawed meals, please note that we are not able to process refunds or reshipments without photos.
