How do I earn Crock Points?
Customers can earn Crock Points by placing orders online — that's it!
Each dollar spent earns you 10 Crock Points.
Customers earn 20 Crock Points per dollar spent on Gift Boxes.
Customers can also earn points by completing various activities, including signing up for an account, writing a product review, or liking our Facebook page.
How do I redeem Crock Points?
Customers can redeem Crock Points for free products or discounts during the checkout process. You can view what rewards you are eligible for by logging in to your account.
How do I sign up for rewards if I already have a What a Crock account?
If you already have a What a Crock account, you are already a rewards program member and no further action is required on your part.
Will I receive Crock Points for my previous purchases?
Unfortunately we are unable to retroactively issue Crock Points for orders placed before June 16, 2025.
Do Crock Points expire?
Yes, Crock Points expire 365 days after they are earned if they are not redeemed.
