I sent meals to a family member who was recuperating from surgery. Normally, I would deliver a homemade meal, but distance prevented that. This was the next best solution. The food was delicious and the price was affordable.

The shrimp scampi was delicious. Easy to cook, and one portion was enough for two of us accompanied with a vegetable. Plus enough leftover for a light lunch.
