This Privacy Policy describes how What a Crock Meals to Go LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our websites, mobile apps, chat services, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).     • Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from texts at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. You may receive a final confirmation text.

    • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only as necessary:

  • Service Providers: Shopify, payment processors, hosting, analytics, marketing platforms, AI/chat providers (including OpenAI, Twilio, Intercom, Gorgias, Klaviyo).

  • Affiliates: Entities under common ownership or control with the Company.

  • Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.

  • Legal Compliance: To respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms of Service.

Strict Exclusion for Mobile Data: Notwithstanding the above, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. This information is used solely by What a Crock Meals to Go LLC to provide the messaging services you requested.

We do not sell personal information for monetary value. (See Section 9 for “sharing” related to cookie-based advertising).

5. Chat and AI Processing

Chat content may be processed by staff or automated systems (including AI tools).

  • Automated systems may analyze, summarize, or generate responses without human review.

  • Do not send sensitive financial, health, or government ID information.

  • We are not responsible for third-party misuse of information you choose to disclose.

  • Retention: Chat records may be retained as long as reasonably necessary for business, compliance, or dispute resolution.

6. Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If discovered, such data will be deleted.

8. International Users

Our Services are hosted in the United States and primarily intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Services from outside the U.S. (including the EEA/UK), your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
