Cooking Instructions

Slow Cooker Instructions

Cook for 2-4 hours on low heat. (Make sure your slow cooker is between a quarter to three quarters filled, any less and the soup may burn. Any more and the soup may take significantly longer to cook.)

Boil in Bag Instructions

Boil a pot of water, then place the frozen soup bag into the pot. Cook for 30 minutes. Make sure the bag is submerged in water and not touching the pot, any plastic touching the pot will burn.

CAUTION: Bag will be hot and contains hot steam when opened.

Absolutely Delicious!!

I ordered these meals for my parents. They are absolutely perfect. The Italian wedding soup is my father‘s favorite and we always order extra so he always has it available.

Italian Wedding soup

The Italian Wedding soup was much better this time than the first time I ordered it. The meatballs were more reasonable and not too many like the first time I ordered.

Good as my homemade

its good but the instructions are dangerous D:

I put 5 portions in my 7 qt crock pot on low for 2.5 hours like it said after thawing for 3 days, not a single piece of it was frozen and it was only ~135 degrees after that 3 hours. It should be over 140F ASAP not taking 3 hours to go from 40F to 140F. Suggest put on high for 1hr then switch to low...

You better love garlic!

I love garlic but this was just way too much. Unfortunately it overpowered the other flavors.

Absolutely delicious

This is an extremely tasty meal. I do want to note that the meatballs they show in the photo on this page are much, much bigger than the ones that were in the meal that we received. However, they are delicious, as is the whole meal. I do see here that some people think there's too much garlic, but for me it was just perfect.

Need some less ingredients

I couldn’t put my finger on what spice there was too much of either garlic or pepper but in addition to that there were too many onions which combined with both overwhelmed the taste of the soup. I could only eat 1/2 a bowl.

Needs some acid/sweetening

Both times I've purchased this while tasty, it's very, very garlicy. I end up adding lemon juice and a little sugar to cut that or else it can get overwhelming. Otherwise good quality, love the meatballs.

I normally pass on italian wedding but this was really good. Good enough it cracked my top 5.

Fabulous

Cold days, snow forecasted...this soup more than hits the spot. So convenient to have readily available in the freezer. Delish....warmed me up today and very filling. Great product!
