Cooking Instructions

Slow Cooker Instructions

Cook for 4-6 hours on low heat. (Make sure your slow cooker is between a quarter to three quarters filled, any less and the sauce may burn. Any more and the meal may take significantly longer to cook.)

Boil pasta in a separate pot for 7-12 minutes, then serve with the rest of the dish.

 

Boil in Bag Instructions

Boil a pot of water, then place the frozen meal bag into the pot. Cook for 20-30 minutes. Make sure the bag is submerged in water and not touching the pot, any plastic touching the pot will burn.

Boil pasta in a separate pot for 7-12 minutes, then serve with the rest of the dish.

 

Instant Pot/Pressure Cooker Instructions

Cook for 10-15 minutes from frozen or 8-12 minutes thawed.

Boil pasta in a separate pot for 7-12 minutes, then serve with the rest of the dish.

 

Stovetop Instructions

Completely defrost the meal, then pour contents into a non-stick pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.

Delicious!

Just had this for the first time, and I am adding it to my list of favorite meals. The sauce is so flavorful. It is wonderful over pasta, but could also be served over rice. I hope it will be available when I make up my next order. (I would have been even better with a few more veggies.)

Absolutely delicious!

Absolutely delicious sauce! You should bottle or bag it and sell it separately. I think it would be great for cooking fish or other veggies. The sauce was plentiful and we should have added extra veggies in the crockpot to use it all up. Chicken pieces were large to medium chunks and they were flavourful and tender. The veggies had just the right amount of crispness without being mushy. We cooked two portions (2 adult light eaters) and we had leftovers for a few days. We cooked this in a slow cooker on low for 4-5 hours and it came out perfect. We ate it over the provided penne pasta. This will be a meal we buy again and again.

Made this for dinner tonight. I cooked it from frozen in my pressure cooker, and it came out perfect. I am trying to reduce carbs, so I had it over zucchini noodles. It was so flavorful.
