New York Strip Steak (End Cut)

I recently purchased and ate: Chicken Florentine, Lemon Garlic Chicken, Beef Stroganoff, Pepper Steak, and Beef with Broccoli. My hubby and I liked the flavor on all of them, BUT except for the Beef with Broccoli, these meals had watery sauce. We had to eat them in a soup dish. The beef with broccoli - I put the broccoli in with the beef in the Crock-Po. The broccoli was so totally cooked with the beef that you could not see or taste the broccoli. Next time I will steam the broccoli separately. The Lemon Garlic chicken I boiled in bag - very convenient! The loaded potato soup was quick and easy using boil in bag. It was also tasty and filling. The meals for one served two of us seniors. If the sauces had not been watery, I would have called these meals outstanding. In stead I can only give 4 stars.
