This 8 oz, beautifully marbled, aged center cut New York strip is sure to be the centerpiece of any barbeque.
Thaw under refrigeration.
Make sure to take steak out of the fridge 20-30 minutes prior to grilling. Pat dry steak with paper towels and season with salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste) on both sides. You can also marinate steaks for 1 hour or overnight in your favorite marinade.
Get your grill super hot and oil your grates. Place seasoned steaks on the grill and DO NOT touch it for at least 5 minutes. Let the steaks get some nice color and crust on one side, then after 5 minutes, flip the steaks and grill to desired doneness. 2-10 mins to get rare to well done.
Once steaks are done grilling, take them off the grill and let it rest on a heatproof plate or cutting board for at least 8 minutes before cutting into.
