Our meals are sold by the portion to make it more convenient for you. One portion is built to feed a single person with a hearty appetite. In some cases, one portion can feed two people with light appetites (such as young children and seniors). Our portions have an average total weight of 1.5 lbs (including sauce). Do I need a slow cooker to cook these meals?
No, you do not need a slow cooker to cook our meals. While we design our meals for use in the slow cooker, a large majority can also be cooked in an Instant Pot or by using our speedy Boil in Bag method. You can view the cooking instructions for each meal on our menu simply by clicking on it.
Do you offer meals for people with dietary restrictions?
We certainly do! Our menu features a plethora of vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, low carb, low sodium, and low calorie options. You can choose to filter by one or more of these options on our menu.
How does shipping work?
Every order is shipped frozen with dry ice and insulation to ensure a safe delivery. Most orders are delivered within 1-5 business days depending on when the order is placed and which state it is headed to.
