Veggie Overstuffed Peppers (Vegan)

Our vegan peppers are overstuffed with a mixture of black beans, diced carrots, caramelized onions, chopped tomatoes and white rice - all tossed in a light red sauce with a Mexican blend of seasoning.

Includes a 4 oz bag of Grandma's Gravy sauce. Simply open and pour to bottom of slow cooker so the pepper has sauce to cook in. This will prevent the dish from burning.

Instructions & Tips

Slow Cooker:  Add sauce to the slow cooker first. Then place pepper in the sauce. Cook pepper on low for 4-6 hours.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350. Place thawed peppers in an oven-safe pan with red sauce. Cook for 30-45 minutes.
