One portion is built to feed one person with a hearty appetite or two lighter eaters, such as children.
Slow Cooker: Add sauce to the slow cooker first. Then place pepper in the sauce. Cook Pepper on low for 4-6 hours.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350. Place thawed peppers in an oven-safe pan with red sauce. Cook for 30-45 minutes.
