This traditional Thai cuisine includes pan-seared white chicken breast, red and green bell peppers, onions, cilantro, a splash of sriracha along with Thai seasoning and our top-secret blend that replicates the full flavor of peanut sauce. Leaving even some of our staff wondering how we were able to infuse the flavor of peanuts without having any peanut product in this dish.
Instructions & Tips
Slow Cooker: 4-6 Hrs on Low (make sure your slow cooker is between a quarter to three quarters filled, any less the sauce will burn and any more the meal may not cook in time)
Skillet/Pan: completely defrost, then pour contents into pan over medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes
Boil in Bag: Boil a pot of water. Place frozen meal bag into the pot. Cook for 20 minutes. Make sure the bag is submerged in the water and not touching the pot. Plastic touching the pot may burn. The bag will be hot and releases hot steam when opened.
Tip: Serve with rice in a bowl or on a wrap.
