A vegetarian spin on our popular Au Jus Buttermilk Steak Sandwich. All the same great flavors without the beef! Each portion is served with two meaty portobello caps and sauteed onions in our own vegetarian style au jus buttermilk sauce.
As shown in the meal's image, we recommend adding roasted red peppers and blue cheese, and serving on a kaiser roll!
Instructions & Tips
Slow Cooker: 4-6 Hrs on Low (make sure your slow cooker is between a quarter to three quarters filled, any less the sauce will burn and any more the meal may not cook in time)
