When jumbo is just not enough, these colossal shrimp are great for the grill. Try them blackened or with your favorite grilling spices. They are sure to impress your guests!
To defrost, place frozen shrimp in a colander for 3 hours at room temperature or in the refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, rinse with cold water and drain. To cook, add thawed shrimp to boiling water, season to tase, cook for 2-3 minutes or until water returns to boil. If you want to grill them, it's best to skewer them, wrap in tinfoil with your favorite seasonings and butter, then grill until shrimp become opaque and pink-ish.
