These Irish sausages are made of premium cut pork and no fillers. They have all the flavor and aroma that you would expect from a traditional Irish banger.
Fully defrost before cooking.
Seasoning is not needed for these delicious sausages. You can simply grill them as is on a grill turned up to 350°F or medium high.
Make a few slits on the sausage then place grillers on a slight angle from the grates to get those perfect grill marks. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
These can also be boiled, broiled, baked or sauteed.
Pair with our Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a side of green peas for a traditional Irish dinner or use leftover sausages to make an Irish skillet with sauteed garlic, sliced cabbage, carrots and potatoes with some salt and pepper.
