Brisket Short Rib Burger

No need to thaw before cooking.

Heat grill to 350°F. Place frozen patties directly on the grill then season with salt and fresh ground pepper, or your favorite burger seasoning.

Grill for 4-5 minutes, then flip and repeat seasoning if desired at this time. Grill for another 4-8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
