“The day that a person is too busy to prepare a meal or just doesn’t feel like cooking, he or she can pop one of our meals out of the freezer in the morning, place it in the slow cooker and turn it on, and then go to work, school or about their day,” she said. “When they return home that evening, they know a gourmet meal awaits them.”

The Crockpot meals are prepared and developed by three chefs/nutritionists on staff, as well as West and Iacona. Entrees, which are divided into three tiers (Deluxe, Premium and Signature), include basic favorites like Baked Ziti, Stuffed Peppers, Pulled Pork, Beef Stew, Old-Fashioned Pot Roast and Sausage Scallopini, as well as gourmet dishes like Thai Peanut Chicken, Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese, Chicken Spinach and Artichokes, Jambalaya and Portabella Mushroom Quinoa."
